In recent years, Xinxiang has enhanced its creativity with innovation as the driving force. The world's first "H1N1" vaccine, China's first composite shield tunneling machine and rechargeable battery were born here. The turnover of contracts for technology reached 3.6 billion yuan, 310 times that of 2012.
